This subject in its own deserves to have an entire blog post dedicated to it, mostly because there is just so much to talk about I can not just write a quick description of it. I need to explain to all of you exactly how to eat heatlhy on a budget and lose weight and I can not do that in a short paragraph.Eating and losing weight are two different things but they go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly. In order to lose some weight you are going to have to add both of them together to get the best effect. The only sad thing is that eating healthy can be stressful not only to your mind but to your bank account as well. People think that you will just be able to start eating healthy right away but do not realize that eating healthy can be very expensive, that is if you do not know how to get around this. Luckily I have a couple of fullproof methods to get around this problem which I will share with you right now.
There is something that I want to clear the air with and it will solve so many of your problems. Eating frozen veggies is not unhealthy in any way, and it does not effect the quality of your product. Do not be afraid of buying some veggies in the frozen food section because they can be just as good as fresh produce. Some people actually say that frozen veggies are actually more nutritionally dense and they can be even healthier for you than fresh. I am not quite sure about that but I can tell you that it is not really that much of a difference.
2.Buying In Bulk
Something inportant to remember about shopping is there is something called wholesale, this is when a company buys a large amount of a product for cheaper than if they were buying it individually. The same goes for the customers at the store, the more you buy the cheaper it gets. You will have to spend some money but later on it will end up saving you more money.
3.Finding Your Recipes
Learning how to eat heatlhy on a budget and lose weight can be challenging at first and you must realize that if you are going to do so then you need to have a plan of some sort. Start searching online for some good looking diet recipes and healthy foods to eat. Not only will this save you money buy planning ahead but it will also help you by not stressing over what you are going to eat for the night. It is a lot more helpful than you actually realize.
4.Eat More Eggs
Eggs are incredibly cheap and have so many different nutritional properties to them, I eat at least 2 eggs everymorning for breakfast. Just make sure that you are not putting lots of salt on them because that would be very pointless. You can lose weight and save money by simply buying more eggs!
5. Food Stamps
Do not be afraid of this one, if you are struggling to get by there are always food stamps. I have them and they are more helpful than you could ever imagine. I live on a fixed income right now and its very low but I get about 100 extra bucks for food every month with this. Do not be ashamed by this because they are there for a reason.
Hopefully you learned some helpful this on how to eat healthy on a budget and lose weight and hopefully you enjoyed the read as well. I told you this was going to be a long post and I told you would probably learn something!

These are some famous quotes that I live by on a day to day basis, very inspirational for me <3
Health is a large word. It embraces not the body only, but the mind and spirit as well;…and not today's pain or pleasure alone, but the whole being and outlook of a man. ~ James H. West
The doctor of the future will give no medicines, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the causes and prevention of disease. ~Thomas Edison
“To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.” ~William Londen
Before we get started I figured that now would be an awesome time to tell you my story and why we are here. I will try and keep it short but sweet because I know how boring it can be to sit and listen to somebody elses story. I promise that if you listen you will gain a little bit of knowledge from this, sit back and relax and pay attention.
It started when I was in the 12th grade and I was going through some pretty intense changes, I noticed that I was starting to gain a considerable ammount of weight and I noticed that I had began losing control of myself to some extent. Whenever I would get hungry I would immediatley get in my car and go to the nearest fast food place. I didn't even think twice about it and before I knew it 2 years had passed and I was a whopping 215 pounds. This was actually pretty crazy for me because all my life I had never weighed more than 150 so putting on 75ish pounds in 2 years was shocking to me. There was something wrong with me I had a problem with eating and I couldnt control myself. Pretty soon I would make a decision that was going to change my life forever and I didn't even know.
A couple months passed since I had checked my weight and I was actually afraid to check again, I decided that It was finally time to take control of my life for the better and lose at least 30 pounds. That was my goal, I knew it wasnt going to be enough be 30 pounds was doable and I was going to try my hardest to acheive that goal no matter what it took. I started looking up online some healthy diets and recipes that I could start making, as well as that I started a daily workout routine that was pretty intense for me. I stuck to the healthy eating and I stuck to the workout routine for a solid 3 months.
Before I was afraid to step on the scale but this time I felt very confident that I was going to see some improvement, I stepped on the scale and noticed that I had lost about 15 pounds. This was amazing to me, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders literally. And never felt better about myself more than that moment. It has been about 2 years now and I am about 30 pounds lighter than I was even then. I stick to my healthy workout routines and eating almost daily. Recently I have been slacking so that is why I created this blog to keep myself motivated.
I weigh about 172 right now and I want to get to 150 by the end of the year, so hopefully I can meet that goal.
First post of my journey and I want to use it to thank you for coming and welcome to the best blog on the internet! If you are trying to lose weight or trying to change your lifestyle to a healthier one then you should stay and read some more blog posts.
